These are the Internet Advertising Terms and Conditions of the publisher,
ABsite Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as The
Publisher) and shall be applied to all publishing agreement concerning the
Internet sites AboarD (AboarD Boats and Yachts Market) and ABsite (AboarD
Business Site). This document supplements the ABsite Ltd. Quotations, Booking Form and current Rate Card. Advertisers acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. |

| Guarantee of service | |||
| Due to the nature of the service, the operability and accessibility of Internet-based advertisements cannot be guaranteed. The Publisher is not responsible to the Advertiser for any compensation or other adjustment in the event the public or Advertisers are unable to access materials placed on the AboarD and ABsite services. | |||
| Guarantees | |||
| Subject to the provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act (1977), the Supply of Goods and Services Act (1982) and otherwise by law, The Publisher disclaims all warranties in relation to the AboarD and ABsite service, the software and the data including all warranties implied by law or statute in relation to merchantable quality and fitness for purpose. | |||
| Right to alter | |||
| The Publisher reserves the right to abbreviate, delete or alter advertising copy at their discretion. Although every effort is made to maintain high standards we cannot guarantee the quality of the photographs and art work. | |||
| Advertiser responsibility | |||
| Advertisers shall indemnify The Publisher in respect of any claims, cost or expenses resulting from libelous or malicious matter or untrue statement in any advertisement published for the advertisers, or from any infringement of copyright patent or design therein. The Publisher is only responsible for the editorial content placed on The Publisher service by its staff and identified as such. | |||
| Copyright | |||
| The Advertiser hereby assigns to The Publisher such copyrights as are vested in the Advertiser in material supplied to The Publisher for the purpose of enabling The Publisher to fulfil its services. The Advertiser grant, or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted to The Publisher the royalty-free, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide. The Publisher reserves the copyright on the design of the Web pages and of any graphic design or multimedia elements created by The Publisher including the words, images, or computer code developed to create the Internet pages and other Internet elements included in the Advertiser websites. The Publisher logo with the mention "These pages are produced and hosted by AB Site" will appear at the foot of every Internet page hosted by The Publisher. | |||
| Domain Names | |||

When ABsite registers Domain Names for a client it will always acting in the clients name and registration are done in the name of the client.
.UK (dot CO dot UK) domain names are generally registered with Nominet. The client should be aware of Nominet's terms and conditions before the customers request ABsite to register a Domain Name. | Payment | |||
| All accounts and charges are payable at the time of the publication of the advertisement unless a different term is agreed by, written and approved with the authority of a director of The Publisher. ABsite reserves the right to terminate (cease broadcasting) any Internet page or site relating to any overdue or unpaid account. Furthermore ABsite may levy a reconnection charge for disconnected sites. | |||
| VAT | |||
| VAT is payable in the UK at the prevailing rate. There is no VAT charged for VAT registered companies in the European Union other than the UK. Outside the European Union, VAT will not be charged. | |||
| Return of materials | |||
| Materials provided by the Advertiser will not be returned unless requested in writing within 30 days of publication. | |||
| Queries | |||
| All queries relating to an advertisement must be made within 15 days of the date of publication. | |||
| Termination | |||
| This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. The Advertiser may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to The Publisher. The Publisher may terminate this agreement at its discretion. | |||
| Modification of these terms | |||
| These Internet Advertising Terms and Conditions may be modified by The Publisher from time to time without advance notice to the Advertiser and the current version will be available for inspection in the "About Us" section of the AboarD and ABsite services homepage. | |||
| Jurisdiction | |||
| Any matters arising as a consequence of this contract will be subject to English law and jurisdiction. The Business Advertisement Order (1977) requires that all advertisements by people who sell goods in the course of business make that fact clear. Consumers should be able to distinguish an advertisement from a trader or private seller. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the order. Failure to comply is an offence for which you may be prosecuted. | |||

Credit Card: Visa & Master Card. Fax us our form with card type, card number, expiry date, card holder's name, address and signature. Amount to be charged to the card in Pounds Sterling. Money Transfer: Payable to "ABsite Ltd." in Pounds Sterling. With reference to the account No. 00903418, Bank sort-code 20-65-82 and addressed to Barclays Bank,1 Pall Mall East, London SW1Y 5A. Cheque: Payable to "ABsite Ltd.", please allow 1-2 weeks for cheque clearance. A £5 cheque clearance surcharge must be added to any non-sterling cheque of less than £500. |
